Building the right culture is tough work, but where to start? In this workshop, we will investigate current departmental and/or organizational culture from a variety of angles in order to achieve a full sense of where it stands today and the opportunities it possesses. We’ll then begin the work of creating a rough draft of how to move forward from here.
