Financial Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

The RWHC Financial Support Specialist is a mid-level position that will provide Enterprise Resource Planning software (AP, GL, Supply Chain Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.) support services to multiple Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative (RWHC) member hospitals. Primary responsibilities: ERP software application implementation and support, including (1) pre-implementation assessments and departmental process redesign; (2) working with RWHC Systems Senior Manager, participant hospitals, and vendors to fulfill appropriate implementation schedules and work plans; and (3) providing participant hospitals with post-implementation support and ongoing application education services.

Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience in financial software application support or 5 years of general Accounting, Supply Chain, or Payroll experience. Travel between sites and answering helpdesk calls are among the requirements for this position. This is a full time position, and includes partial work-from-home flexibility. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills to be considered.
