Compliance Program Implementation 101: The Basics, the Process and the Regulations - Presented March 16, 2022
This program is uniquely focused on the particular needs, challenges, and strengths of rural hospitals and health care organizations to promote and support their success in establishing, and maturing, their Compliance Programs. The information presented is not just a reiteration of the Seven Elements of a Compliance Program, and not just a
“what” to do, but a
“how” to do it.
The program is presented in three sessions, each including discussion and Q&As. Comprehensive education is provided regarding the development of a health care Compliance Program based upon guidance provided by The federal Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) of the Department of Health and Human Services (“DHS”), as well as other state and federal regulatory agencies and reputable professional organizations.
