Win-Win Delegation: Growing Them While Helping You 2026
Event Starts: 9/17/2026 9:00 AM Event Ends: 9/17/2026 12:00 PM
Your ‘to do’ list keeps growing. You’re feeling buried. If only you had time to teach others how to do some of these tasks! You know they want to grow and you want to grow them. But, so many of the tasks are yours to own. No one does the work as good as you can. On top of that, there’s the guilt that comes with asking others for help. Delegation is just some pie in the sky buzz word—it sounds great but it’s just not practical. Besides, the one time you tried it, it backfired.

Servant Leadership - Committing to Being of Service as a Leader 2026
Event Starts: 10/1/2026 9:00 AM Event Ends: 10/1/2026 4:00 PM
Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy where the leader's primary goal is to serve others. This workshop will explore how leaders can prioritize the growth, well-being, and success of their team members above their own, fostering a culture of community, collaboration, and shared success. Together, we will delve into the core principles of servant leadership, understanding how to uplift those we lead while making a significant impact in their lives. As our work force changes and shrinks, our leadership philosophy needs a reboot and more importantly a redesign. The younger generations desire to work for leaders who deeply care about them as a human being and not just for the job they are hired to do. They want to feel valued and respected.
