Credentialing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative, Sauk City, WI, has an in-office position for an experienced Credentialing Specialist. This position requires knowledge of credentialing standards and processes along with the ability to accurately implement them for various healthcare providers. Candidates should have an interest and efficient skills for working with databases, web based queries, and imaging software. Candidates need a level of knowledge and confidence to audit credential files for completeness and accuracy along with the ability to explain and resolve discrepancies. Effective communication skills using email and phone along with attention to detail are essential for this position. A two year degree in a relevant field along with three or more years’ experience working with credentialing standards is required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Speech Language Pathologist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Join our team of 11 dynamic therapists working in rural hospital settings throughout south central Wisconsin. The established position includes a caseload with hospital inpatients and outpatients of all ages, and birth to three. A position with RWHC offers the autonomy of private practice but the benefits of a large work group with quarterly collaboration meetings along with continuous support via phone and email. In addition, RWHC offers a competitive salary and benefits, along with paid travel time and mileage. We will work with you to establish a schedule (Richland Hospital) that meets your needs as well as the locations. Candidates must be eligible for WI licensure and hold a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
